Key_Responsibilities

:

1: Secure in-kind donations (mainly food items) based on organizational needs.

2: Communicate with suppliers, companies, and donors to ensure continuous support.

3: Ensure all donations meet EFB quality and safety standards.

4: Coordinate receiving and storage processes with Logistics, Warehouses, and Quality.

5: Maintain accurate records and update the electronic system regularly.

6: Build and sustain partnerships with food companies and suppliers.

Participate in national donation campaigns.

7: Prepare periodic reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

8: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance policies.

Qualifications

:

1: Bachelor's degree.

2: 3–5 years of experience in donations management, supply chain, or CSR.

3: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

4: High accuracy in documentation and organization.

5: Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

6: Knowledge of food safety and quality systems is a plus.
