Position Overview
We're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in APIs and client relationship management. This role involves guiding clients through API integrations, ensuring seamless implementation, and serving as the primary technical liaison between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Integration: Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth API integration and adoption.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on API functionalities, best practices, and integration strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve challenges promptly.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on API performance and relay insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation and deliver training sessions to client teams as needed.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with our API solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing technical role.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
