Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EV O&M Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. You will work closely with our EV project team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our charging stations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of EV charging stations across our network
  • Monitor and analyze charging station performance and identify any potential issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all charging equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • Train and supervise technicians and other team members on proper operation and maintenance procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with charging equipment
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in EV charging technology
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on charging station performance and maintenance activities

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Renewable energy engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure
  • Knowledge of EV charging technology and equipment
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to EV charging stations
