Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a District Sales Manager. The District Sales Manager will manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets within the assigned region. The responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, coaching team members, monitoring market trends, and fostering strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. The position involves regular travel within the district for market visits and team evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills to effectively guide a sales team
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
