Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the designated district, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Daily tasks include overseeing sales representatives, monitoring market trends, creating sales reports, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Competence in using sales software and CRM systems
- Experience in the skincare or haircare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Availability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
