Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive
Office Manager / Admin
to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are well maintained
  • Support HR and management with administrative processes

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Two days off per week

Compensation:

Basic salary + KPI-based incentives
