We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team and play a key role in building our future talent pipeline. This position will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-performing hospitality professionals who embody our values and support our growth across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels, with a focus on managerial and critical roles

- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and strong industry networks

- Enhance employer branding to position Baron Hotels & Resorts as an employer of choice

- Collaborate with leaders to forecast talent needs and ensure timely onboarding

- Ensure excellent candidate experience and recruitment compliance standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in hospitality is a must

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)

- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and online recruitment platforms

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
