Position Summary:

We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who takes pride in ensuring that every product release delivers exceptional reliability and performance. You'll play a key role in testing web and mobile applications, validating APIs, and verifying business workflows across modules. Beyond testing, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our QA standards, documentation quality, and customer support experience, helping FleetOo maintain excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, document, and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT tests for web and mobile apps.

Identify, track, and verify bugs and performance issues, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.

Conduct API, usability, and security testing to guarantee a smooth and reliable user experience.

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation in alignment with product requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen internal QA standards and release processes.

Contribute to knowledge base, training materials, and support documentation for internal and customer use.

Implement QA process improvements and share best practices with peers and stakeholders.

Use Notion, JIRA, and related tools to organize testing, reporting, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a QA Specialist or QA Engineer in SaaS or enterprise software environments.

Strong grasp of testing methodologies, test management tools, and defect tracking systems.

Experience testing web, mobile, and API-based applications.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Arabic and English proficiency is a plus.
