Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales proposals, negotiating contracts, following up with potential leads, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' needs. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to represent the company professionally to secure and retain business contracts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales skills, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and formulate strategies for successful client acquisition
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client management and collaboration with internal teams
  • Familiarity with facilities management services or relevant industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
