About the Role

As a
Technology & Implementation Specialist
, you will be at the heart of CIPPO's digital transformation.

You will support the implementation of Zoho One, our website and mobile app builds, and a set of AI-assisted development tools, all working together to power CIPPO's new operational ecosystem.

Your work ensures that our teams can collaborate smoothly, our data flows accurately, and our tools evolve as CIPPO grows.

What You'll Be Doing

Technology & System Coordination

  • Partner with our Zoho vendor and internal teams to track progress and test integrations.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation across workflows, automations, and data mappings.

AI-Assisted Development & Support

  • Support website and mobile app builds using tools like Lovable, Flutter, Supabase Functions, and Cursor.
  • Conduct functional and QA testing across CRM modules, website components, and mobile features.

Cross-Team Communication

  • Bridge communication between technical teams and management.
  • Translate needs into actionable tasks and support smooth feature delivery.

What You Bring

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with
    Zoho One
    (CRM, Books, Flow, Desk, Analytics).
  • Experience using
    AI-driven development tools
    (Lovable, Cursor, ChatGPT).
  • Experience with
    Flutter
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    APIs, webhooks, workflows, and automation tools
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English & Arabic
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Background

  • 2–3 years in development, CRM implementation, product coordination, or similar roles.
  • Exposure to tech startups or SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of edtech, healthtech, or service marketplaces.
