This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor for MIHAD DEVELOPMENT Company, located in El-Shaikh Zayed, Giza. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of corporate and real estate background. You will be responsible for providing legal counsel, ensuring compliance, and managing all legal aspects of our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and issue a wide range of legal agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. Proactively discuss any legal concerns related to contracts with clients to ensure mutual understanding and protection.
  • Land Acquisition: Oversee the legal process for land acquisition, ensuring due diligence and compliance with all regulations.
  • Regulatory Approvals: Manage and secure necessary permits and approvals from governmental and regulatory authorities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks across all business activities and projects.
  • Provide Legal Counsel: Advise on corporate governance, real estate transactions, and business operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a Faculty of Law.
  • Must be registered with the Egyptian Bar Association (Appeals grade).
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in corporate include real estate experience.
  • Proven experience in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal agreements.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, excel, outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulatory frameworks in Egypt.
  • Excellent analytical, attention to details, negotiation, and communication skills.
