About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Administration to oversee and manage all administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, extensive experience dealing with governmental authorities, and the ability to streamline processes for greater efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage the Administrative Department to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Liaise effectively with governmental authorities during approval, licensing, and development processes.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage workplace inspections in coordination with relevant authorities.


• Oversee all administrative matters related to company restaurants.


• Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across administrative functions.


• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.

Requirements


• Minimum 15 years of experience in administration, operations, or a related field.


• Master's Degree preferred.


• Background in Military or Police service is strongly preferred.


• Proven track record of working with governmental authorities and navigating regulatory processes.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Strong ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and implement effective administrative systems.
