We are seeking a highly motivated
Junior Architectural Designer

to join our design team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality architectural projects across various sectors, including residential, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, and educational developments. 

You will collaborate closely with senior designers, participate in concept creation, support project documentation, and contribute innovative ideas that enhance design quality and project outcomes.

This role requires strong aesthetic sensibility, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A passion for architecture, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

Qualifications

: 

  • 3–7 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably on large-scale and multi-sector projects.
  • Proven experience in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, and educational project typologies.
  • AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI design technologies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and support team coordination.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a refined design sensibility.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for architectural design, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in the development of architectural concepts, presentations, and detailed design packages.
  • Support project teams across multiple large-scale developments from early design through execution.
  • Produce drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent aligns with project objectives.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and precedent studies to support design innovation.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and assist in preparing design documentation.
  • Stay updated on emerging design technologies, including AI-powered tools and workflows.
