We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, executing email marketing campaigns, optimising SEO/SEM efforts, and analysing digital performance metrics.

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, website, etc.).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Improve website traffic and lead generation through digital channels.
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Assist in content creation, including blogs, website copy, infographics, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance strategies.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred University: GUC / AUC / MIU / BUE / TKH ​
