Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dispatch Manager with a primary location in Cairo, Egypt, and some flexibility to work from home. The Dispatch Manager will oversee and manage the daily dispatching operations, ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, coordinate with internal and external teams, and resolve operational challenges. Responsibilities also include staff supervision, optimizing logistics processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience with Dispatching and Operations Management, including logistics and scheduling processes.
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of logistics planning tools and technology is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is desirable.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus.
