Acumen Holding is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong visual storytelling skills, a refined design aesthetic, and a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across both digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop modern, impactful designs for digital and print channels—including presentations, reports, infographics, social media content, campaign visuals, brochures, and internal communication assets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, investment, and corporate teams to understand project needs and convert them into compelling visual outputs aligned with Acumen's brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual guidelines across all materials.
  • Stay informed on global design trends, communication best practices, and emerging technologies, applying them to elevate Acumen's visual presence.
  • Present design concepts effectively to internal stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables promptly.
  • Support the marketing team in campaign execution, events, and corporate announcements with high-quality, timely design work.
  • Maintain an organized library of visual assets, templates, and files for seamless cross-departmental use.
  • Continuously enhance design capabilities by adopting new tools, software updates, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Prior experience within a multinational, financial institution, or corporate environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with bonus points for experience in PowerPoint and corporate presentation design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design styles, visual consistency, and high-quality execution.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand systems.
  • Ability to design for both print and digital platforms with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of adapting design approaches to different audiences while staying aligned with Acumen's strategic communication goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline-management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional language fluency is an asset.
