About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Finalizer
with solid
packaging design experience
and strong knowledge of
offset / rotogravure (roto) printing
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and preparing designs for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency across all printed and digital materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and finalize
    packaging artworks
    according to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Prepare
    print-ready files
    for
    offset / roto printing
    (color separation, die lines, trapping, and resolution checks).
  • Coordinate closely with printing suppliers, production, and marketing teams to ensure precise color matching and high-quality output.
  • Create marketing and promotional designs for both print and digital channels.
  • Ensure compliance with packaging standards and printing processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and printing techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in packaging design and finalization.
  • Proven hands-on experience with offset /roto printing preparation.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and color sense.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
