Job Title: QC Team Lead (Quality Control)

  • Location: Cairo (with frequent travel outside Cairo)
  • Experience Required: 5–7 Years
  • Industry: Hospitality, Finishing, and Construction

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
QC Team Lead
to oversee quality control operations across our hospitality, finishing, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Quality Control team across multiple project sites.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections for all finishing, construction, and hospitality-related works to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Review project drawings, material specifications, and method statements to ensure alignment with QC requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection reports, and documentation required for project handover.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to QC staff to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and external auditors on quality matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience
    in Quality Control within the
    hospitality, finishing, and construction
    sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of QC standards, procedures, and finishing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a QC team in fast-paced project environments.
  • Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and codes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability and readiness to travel outside Cairo as required.
