Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Leader located in New Cairo. The Team Leader will oversee and guide a team of professionals, set objectives, and ensure team productivity and performance goals are met. Responsibilities include providing clear communication, monitoring progress, offering mentorship, maintaining an efficient workflow, and facilitating collaboration within the team to achieve targets. The Team Leader will also coordinate with management to align team activities with organizational goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Team management and leadership skills, including organizing and mentoring a group of professionals
  • Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in performance monitoring, reporting, and achieving targets
  • Customer service orientation and ability to build client relationships
  • Proficiency in real estate market knowledge and operational practices is highly advantageous
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in relevant digital tools for reporting, communication, and organization
  • Resilient and adaptable with a proactive approach to challenges
