Admissions & Social Media Officer (Call Center Experience)
to manage student inquiries, lead conversions, and digital engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email. This full-time role offers a contract salary with performance bonuses, flexible working hours, insurance after six months, and annual salary increases. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process student applications for Windsor University's hybrid and online programs.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Convert leads into enrolled students through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions, application, and visa process.
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based admissions and academic teams.
  • Create and manage social-media posts, stories, and updates to promote programs.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on lead conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely administrative updates.
  • Review
    Windsor University's website to understand all academic programs and services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to manage social-media messages and inquiries effectively.
  • Strong customer-service, sales, and lead-conversion abilities.
  • Experience in admissions, marketing, and/or call-center environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with international or online higher-education systems (a plus).
  • Strong writing and research skills.

Work Conditions and Benefits

  • Working Hours:
    8 hours/day (12 PM – 8 PM or flexible 2 PM – 10 PM).
  • Compensation:
    Contract salary + performance-based bonus.
  • Overtime:
    Available with additional pay.
  • Insurance:
    Provided after 6 months.
  • Annual Salary Increase:
    Based on performance.
  • Workplace:
    Cairo, Nasr City (Administrative Office).
