Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Specialist, located in Giza. The Operational Specialist will oversee operations to ensure seamless daily workflows, coordinate projects effectively, and support sales operations. Key responsibilities include streamlining processes, maintaining cross-departmental communication, managing operational challenges, and aligning strategies with overall organizational goals to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve operational processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination and effective teamwork
  • Background in sales or experience with sales processes is advantageous
  • Proficiency in operations management and the ability to streamline workflows
  • Project management skills to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the brokerage or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
