A healthcare consultancy is hiring a tele-educator required for a Patient Support Program sponsored by a well-established multinational pharmaceutical company.

Job Description as follows:

  • Answering inbound patient calls and carrying outbound calls according to project requirements.
  • Handling patient inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage and resolve patient complaints as appropriate.
  • Provide patient with product and patient support information.
  • Enter new patient information into the system for follow up and update existing patient information.
  • Document all call information according to SOPs.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues specially regarding Pharmacovigilance reporting.
  • Reporting of adverse events for products under management of IMN to the PV department.

Main Requirements:

  • Medical background is a must any cv without medical background will not be accepted.
  • 1 year experience is preferable,
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
