Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Team Leader based in New Cairo. The Tele Sales Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, manage and motivate a sales team to meet performance targets, and ensure excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring team progress, developing sales strategies, and providing coaching to team members. The role also involves acting as a liaison between the sales team and management, ensuring clear communication and smooth processes.
