Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate
IT Fresh Graduate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, while gaining hands-on experience in various IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating IT inventory and documentation.
  • Support in system upgrades, software installations, and security updates.
  • Monitor and ensure proper functioning of the company's network and internet connectivity.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on projects related to infrastructure and system improvements.
  • Ensure data backup, security, and confidentiality practices are followed.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
