Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Associate Broker. The Associate Broker will support the sales process by assisting clients in finding suitable real estate options, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers. Day-to-day tasks will include presenting various property options, negotiating deals, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates interested in launching a career in real estate sales.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Brokerage and Sales
- Basic knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication abilities and a client-focused approach
- A passion for real estate and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a collaborative work environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
