Job Summary:

To serve as a facilitator and coach for one or more Agile software development teams, ensuring the effective application of Scrum principles. This role is key to shielding the team from distractions, removing impediments, and fostering a high-performing, self-organizing team culture as part of the AI-enabled PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

· Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) effectively.

· Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers to keep the team focused and productive.

· Team Coaching: Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, values, and self-organization. Foster a collaborative environment of trust and transparency.

· Backlog Support: Assist the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and maintenance.

· Metrics & Improvement: Track and visualize team metrics (velocity, burndown). Use data and retrospective outcomes to drive continuous process improvement.

· Shielding: Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Job Requirement:

· 1+ year of experience in a software development environment.

· 1+ year of practical experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.

Skills:

· Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.

· Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) for managing sprints and backlogs.

· Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant-leadership skills.

· Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build team trust.

Certifications:

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).

· Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSS-YB).
