We deliver online and face-to-face classes. We teach students all over the Middle East (Remotely) and face-to- face classes are delivered in Riyadh.

Role Description

You will be the primary engine for attracting and hiring high-caliber professionals, focusing primarily on
senior and specialized roles
across various departments. Based in our
Maadi office
, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and talent mapping to negotiation and successful onboarding. This is a crucial, full-time role for someone who loves the challenge of finding the perfect match.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing:
    Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, networking, etc.) to build robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    Manage the entire candidate journey, including job briefing, posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and extending competitive offers.
  • Candidate Experience:
    Ensure every candidate, regardless of the outcome, has a positive and professional experience with our brand.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    4+ years of demonstrated success in a
    recruiting or Talent Acquisition
    role, with a strong focus on hiring senior and specialized profiles.
  • Location:
    Ability to work
    full-time
    from our office in
    Maadi
    , Cairo.
  • Domain Expertise:
    Proven skill in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, CV screening .
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Negotiation:
    Strong ability to negotiate complex compensation packages and close senior talent successfully.
  • Proactivity:
    A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
