Job Title: Telesales Agent – Membership Sales

Department: Business Development

Location: RYZE Sporting Club

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Job Purpose

The Telesales Agent will be responsible for driving membership sales for RYZE Sporting Club by making outbound calls to prospective clients, including residents and owners within partner compounds. The role involves building rapport, understanding customer needs, presenting membership benefits, and closing sales, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to targeted prospects, including compound owners and residents, to promote and sell RYZE Sporting Club memberships.
  • Explain membership packages, benefits, and promotions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable membership options.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle objections and queries professionally to convert prospects into members.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager and marketing team to ensure lead quality and conversion optimization.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to complete the sales process.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential opportunities for new packages or offers.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales, call center, or direct sales (preferably in the sports, hospitality, or leisure industry).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and confident approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
