Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Personnel Specialist
to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing personnel-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing expert advice to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer personnel-related processes, including recruitment, on boarding, and employee data management

  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on personnel-related matters

  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances

  • Analyze and interpret personnel data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees and management on personnel-related topics

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in personnel or HR role

  • Proven expertise in personnel management, labor laws, and regulations

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
