Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Mechanical Procurement Engineer, located in Ad-Duqqi. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement processes for mechanical systems, ensuring materials meet quality and specification requirements, and managing relationships with suppliers. The role involves conducting inspections, working on cost-effective purchasing strategies, collaborating with project teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
  • Expertise in conducting inspections and ensuring quality standards
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and related components
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively on-site
  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management in construction or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is mandatory
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus
