The Role: Senior IT Project Manager

We're looking for a
hands-on Senior IT Project Manager
to join our international delivery team from Cairo.

You'll take ownership of
complex IT and SaaS delivery projects
, ensuring structure, predictability, and progress in an environment that moves fast and operates globally.

You'll work closely with Danish HQ and partners across Europe to
plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale implementations
, while ensuring timelines, quality, and contractual alignment.


What You'll Do

  • Plan and lead
    complex SaaS / IT projects
    (integrations, data migrations, onboarding).
  • Build and maintain
    project plans, risk & issue logs, and status reports
    .
  • Coordinate
    cross-functional teams
    , including engineers, partners, and external vendors.
  • Manage
    scope, acceptance, and change requests
    — ensuring no uncontrolled scope creep.
  • Prepare clear, structured progress reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Establish
    governance models
    that ensure compliance, documentation, and auditability.


You Bring

  • 7+ years of
    project management experience
    with IT, ERP, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience leading
    integration, migration, or enterprise-scale implementations
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    contract & stakeholder management
    .
  • Ability to work hands-on in a
    fast-paced scaleup environment
    — you create your own structure.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
