Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Site Engineer located in 6th of October. The Mechanical Site Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to quality control, structural engineering, and communication with a focus on on-site activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor the installation of Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, plumbing, AC system.
  • Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to site engineers.
  • Ensure the approval of samples and catalogs prior to implementation and the quality of work performed by the contractor according to drawings, codes and industry assets.
  • Review the procurement work and ensure that it is in conformity with what was approved in the center with the participation in the signing of the relevant extracts with the supervision engineers on site.
  • Supervise the implementation of the necessary tests for the stages of work.
  • Review and approve the monthly claims prepared by the contractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
  • 1-3 years Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • On-site and Quality Control skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
