Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager at E-Systematic's office in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, progress tracking, and adherence to deadlines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, setting project goals, identifying risks, and driving resolutions. The candidate will support project scoping, resource allocation, and ensure alignment with company objectives and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience with planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving, risk assessment, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven Team Leadership abilities, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Experience with technology implementation in the real estate or similar industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
