Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in 6 October for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, creating marketing plans, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The specialist will collaborate with future team members to meet sales goals .

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs.
  • Proven Sales experience, including Sales Management and strategy execution capabilities.


•   Conduct regular sales visits to prospective and existing clients to promote Medura Clinics' services.


•   Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market growth strategies.
  • Problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role or related industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and customer needs.
