Job Principal Accountabilities:

Ensure adherence to Sales Excellence principles, standard processes, and minimum sales standards.

Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare sales forecasts to support strategic planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to align business goals and execution plans.

Partner with Customer Service to ensure strategy alignment, project success, and customer satisfaction.

Identify new customers and opportunities through data and market trend analysis.

Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate client data and improve customer relationships.

Lead and administer the Sales Incentive Plan and support sales channel reviews and portfolio design.

Streamline account setup, classification, and segmentation to improve sales coverage and effectiveness.

Generate regular KPI, quality, and campaign performance reports for management review.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts efficiently and accurately.

Monitor and report market issues, quality concerns, and customer feedback to relevant departments.

Support sales transformation initiatives and change management projects.

Conduct monthly performance debriefs and management reviews with the sales team.

Drive continuous improvement programs to boost sales productivity and effectiveness in all channels.

Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:
2–5 years total experience, including 1–3 years in a similar role is a plus
.

Skills: Strong background in sales, operations, and customer service; excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.

Business Insight: Solid understanding of market dynamics, competition, and business profitability.

Competencies: Organized, results-driven, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
