Job Purpose

To support Relationship Managers in promoting Leasing products and services; ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of sales plans and targets.

Principle Accountabilities

Support to Relationship Managers

  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers during the sales process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Attend business calls & meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Support the RM in tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Client Management

  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing timely and accurate information about leasing products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate leasing solutions to enhance satisfaction..

Operational Monitoring

  • Shadow the execution of daily operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to client interactions and operational performance.
  • Support the RM in implementing any necessary operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure that all client interactions and case updates are accurately recorded in the workflow system. (PIXEL)

Portfolio Expansion

  • Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients to expand GlobalCorp's portfolio of leasing products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the leasing sector.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline – preferably, Economics or Finance.

Working Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using relevant systems such as Oracle and PIXEL.
  • Good understanding of leasing transaction processes and procedures.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
