Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative – French Speaker based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to promote and sell products or services. This includes managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer support, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves accurately documenting interactions, participating in training to stay updated on offerings, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with French-speaking clients and team members
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Experience in Sales practices, including achieving targets and promoting products or services
- Ability to participate in Training sessions for product knowledge and skill enhancement
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Prior experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Fluent in French with proficiency in English
