Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented
Activation & POSM Lead
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop annual activity calendars aligned with marketing priorities.


• Manage mass POSM production, logistics, and installation Across the country .


• Ensure perfect store visibility standards.


• Monitor KPIs & ROI of Projects.


• Collaborate with field and sales teams for excellent execution.


• Manage POSM budgets efficiently.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


• years of experience in trade or shopper marketing.


• Strong project management and analytical skills.


• Experience with agencies and suppliers.
