Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented
Pharmacy Trade Lead - OTC portfolio & Multivitamin portfolio
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and implement OTC trade programs and promotions.


• Conduct sell-out analysis and competitor tracking.


• Support training of field teams on OTC products.


• Partner with distributors to maximize availability and visibility.


• Ensure Wide distribution & on-shelf availability of products through continuous market coverage.


• Develop & Implements MSLs & Planogram to ensure optimal product visibility & merchandising standards


• Works closely with sales & marketing Teams to align strategies, activations & market execution

Requirements


• Bachelors in marketing, Pharmacy, or Business.


• years of experience in Pharma Trade Marketing.


• Strong understanding of OTC dynamics and shopper behavior.


• Good analytical and planning skills.
