Results-driven and people-focused HR professional seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive role to leverage proven expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company's brand to attract top talent through career fairs, online platforms, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and marketing materials.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Understand departmental hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent trends, market conditions, and best practices.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or certification in HR (e.g., HR Diploma)

Experience:

  • +5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
