Marketing Manager
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate
Sector, located in Cairo.

Role Description

  • Develop and execute the company's
    marketing strategy
    , ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Lead and manage
    digital, offline, and content marketing campaigns
    across all channels (social media, paid ads, events, partnerships, etc.).
  • Oversee the
    brand identity, messaging, and positioning
    to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize
    digital marketing performance
    , including SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
  • Plan and supervise
    events, activations, and exhibitions
    that strengthen market presence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • From
    8
    to
    10
    years
    of experience in
    marketing
    , including
    at least 3 years in a PropTech or Real Estate Brokerage company (MUST).
  • Proven experience in
    marketing strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation.
  • Excellent understanding of
    consumer behavior, market segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
