#Key Responsibilities &Duties:

·       Develop and implement brand plans and annual marketing calendar to support business targets.

·       Monitor brand performance across key KPIs and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.

·       Collaborate with market research and insights teams to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activities.

·       Drive execution of consumer and trade marketing campaigns with cross-functional coordination.

·       Align with the sales team to optimize trade marketing activities and ensure consistency in messaging and ROI.

·       Support innovation pipeline by working closely with R&D, production, and supply chain on new product developments or improvements.

·       Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign activations across all platforms and channels.

·       Track and report brand profitability and manage brand budget efficiently.

·       Contribute to NPD launches and post-launch evaluations.

·       Liaise with external agencies for creative, media, and digital executions

Main Qualifications:

We are Looking for:

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

·       
4 - 6
years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.

·       Strong analytical and project management skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
