#Key Responsibilities_ Duties:

·       Own and lead the commercial strategy and performance of assigned product categories.

·       Develop short- and long-term plans for assortment, pricing, and promotions based on data, trends, and business goals.

·       Collaborate with marketing on category campaigns, product launches, and seasonal strategies.

·       Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure proper stock availability and logistics efficiency.

·       Identify growth opportunities through new product sourcing, market trends, and customer insights.

·       Lead and mentor junior category managers or category specialists within the team.

·       Prepare detailed category performance reports and present insights and action plans to senior leadership.

·       Ensure category presentation and user experience are optimized on the platform.

·       Manage and expand relationships with suppliers, brands, and manufacturers to improve product offering, pricing, and margins.

#Main Qualifications:

We are Looking for:

·       Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, MBA is a plus.

·       
5-7
years of experience in category management, merchandising, or buying, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role — preferably in e-commerce or retail.

·       Proven track record in managing end-to-end category strategy and delivering commercial results.

·       Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools (e.g., Power BI).

·       Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
