Senior Tax Accountant
for one of our clients,
Real Estate Company
, located in Cairo, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Prepare, review, and submit
    monthly and annual tax declarations
    (income tax, VAT, WHT, payroll tax, etc.) in accordance with Egyptian laws.
  • Ensure accurate
    tax accounting, documentation, and reconciliation
    with general ledger accounts.
  • Analyze financial transactions and records to ensure
    proper tax treatment
    in all operations.
  • Oversee
    brokerage commission taxation
    and ensure accurate reporting for agents and developers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • From
    3
    to
    5 years
    of experience in
    accounting
    , including
    at least 3 years in a Real Estate Brokerage or Property Marketing company (MUST).
  • In-depth knowledge of
    Egyptian tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong experience in
    tax filing, audits, and dealing with tax authorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Good command of English
