Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for an English Live Chat Advisor. The role involves offering real-time assistance to users via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. The advisor will maintain prompt and professional communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and thorough problem resolution. Additional responsibilities include documenting interactions, following up on customer concerns, and sharing feedback to improve service processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
  • Skills in customer service and conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software or CRM tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to customer concerns
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams to improve service delivery
