Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding processes.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare cost estimates, pricing strategies, and bid proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Present tender recommendations to senior management.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in tendering/estimation within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of building and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in cost estimation tools and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and similar contract standards.
