Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager role located in Degla, El Maadi. The Senior Account Manager will be the main partner for key clients and the internal driver for their projects and campaigns. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, developing strategic communication plans, researching, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align with client goals. The role will provide opportunities to drive impactful campaigns while learning from the best team in the market. Our CEO is teaching marketing at very reputable universities such as AUC.

What you will do:


• Manage and grow key client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships


• Translate client needs into clear briefs and action plans


• Lead and follow up on marketing and advertising campaigns (offline and online)


• Work closely with creative, media, content, and social teams to deliver quality work


• Track and analyze campaign performance and turn results into insights and recommendations


• Prepare reports and presentations that clearly communicate what worked and what's next


• Spot opportunities to expand services and add more value within existing accounts


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


• Strong organizational and project management abilities


• Previous agency experience is highly preferred
