Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage the organization's financial operations. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in audits. Other duties may include cost analysis, developing financial strategies, and ensuring accuracy in financial records to support organizational growth and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting and financial analysis skills, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and financial management systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and audit procedures
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry or physical therapy sector is an added advantage
