Job Description:

  • We are looking for a responsible Site Engineer to administer and organize all types of technical activities in low current projects. Site Engineer responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like administrative duties, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Site Engineer's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on shop drawings, risers, endpoint details, 2nd & 3rd fix documents with project consultant & contractor.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Directly Report to the direct manger (project manger) .
  • Communicate with site peers (main contractors , sub contractors , consultants , … ) handle Site tasks /Docs .
  • Leads site team to achieve arranged with project manger goals.
  • Inform project manager with site requirements ( materiel , manpower , tools , .. ) with a proper period to provide it .
    • Handle ware-house entry & exit items with coordination with company's ware-house on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
    • Experience in LC systems (UTP/Fiber, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Active [Switches, Servers, Storages, Firewalls]).
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, design review.
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
    • BSc in Engineering is preferred, or computer science, or related field.
    • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
    • Knowledge of related software tools like Microsoft office suite, smartdraw, visio, autocad
