Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Procurement, Supply Chain & Contract Management Director based in Sheraton. The role involves overseeing procurement strategies, supply chain operations, and contract negotiations to ensure seamless project execution. The director will manage supplier relationships, supervise procurement activities, and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and maintain quality standards. Additionally, the role requires effective collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to support company objectives and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in procurement management, supply chain operations, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong leadership skills, team management capabilities, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with vendor and supplier management, risk assessment, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous).
  • Experience with construction industry processes and standards is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant procurement and supply chain software, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
